Endō Ken

Professor of international politics at Hokkaidō University. Born in 1966. Received his doctorate at University of Oxford. Has served as a research fellow at European University Institute in Italy and Harvard Law School in the United States, and as a visiting professor at Paris Institute of Political Studies. Author of Yōrōppa tōgōshi (History of European Integration), Gurōbaru gabanansu no sai zensen (The Frontiers of Global Governance), and other works.
