Iwai Tomoaki

Professor, College of Law, Nihon University. Expert on modern Japanese politics. Born in 1950. Graduated from the College of Law, Nihon University. Completed coursework for a doctorate at the Keio University Graduate School of Law. Was a professor at Tokiwa University before moving to his current position in 2000. Is the author of “Seiji shikin” no kenkyū (Research on Political Funds) and co-author of Gendai chihō jichi no kadai (Issues in Modern Local Autonomy).
