Miyazaki Yukio

Editor and media producer. Born in Tokyo in 1954. Joined publisher Shūeisha, where he edited books and monthly and weekly magazines. Left the company in 1992 to found Makusuto Corp., a specialty publishing house creating publications for hotels, long-distance bus companies, membership organizations, and other clients. Has worked as editor or creative director for works receiving the Kōdansha Publication Culture Award. Has recently been involved in the fisheries industry, proactively addressing such issues as regional revitalization, internationalization, and the environment.
