Ogasawara Yoshiyuki

Professor emeritus, Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. Received his doctorate in sociology from Hitotsubashi University. Has taught at TUFS since 1991 to 2023. Visiting researcher at National Chengchi University, Taiwan, 1999–2000. Recipient of the 2020 Asia-Pacific Special Recognition Award and the Kashiyama Junzo Award. Works include Taiwan sōtōsenkyo (The Taiwanese Presidential Election).
