Yamaguchi Noboru

Professor of military history and strategy at the National Defense Academy of Japan. Received his master’s degree from the Fletcher School of International Affairs, Tufts University. Has served as senior defense attaché at the Embassy of Japan in the United States, vice-president of the National Institute for Defense Studies, and commanding general of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Ground Research and Development Command.
