Iizuka Yōko

Doctor of medicine; assistant lecturer at the Diabetes and Metabolic Diseases Division in the University Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, University of Tokyo. Born in China in 1969; moved to Japan at the age of 16. Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Tokyo. Member of the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry’s International Medical Exchange Research Committee and the Japan China Medical Association’s Japan China Medical Exchange Committee. Received the Nakasone Yasuhiro Award (Incentive Award) in 2014.
