Itō Kōsuke

Economics reporter and Editorial Board member for Jiji Press. Born in 1971 in Tokyo. Majored in Russian and East European studies at the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies before joining Jiji Press. Covered banks, investment funds, and government policy for the Economics Desk; is now responsible for reporting on the corporate sector. Posted to Washington DC from 2009 to 2013 as special correspondent.
