Iwai Katsumi

Journalist. Born in 1947. Joined the Asahi Shimbun in 1971, serving as a senior staff writer from 1994 until he retired in May 2012. Covered the imperial family for many years. Author of Tennōke no shukudai (Agenda for the Imperial House) and other works.
