Iwatani Nobu

Professor at Hokkaidō University, where he specializes in graduate-level modern Chinese history. Born in 1976. Received his PhD from Keiō University. Was a senior research fellow at the National Institute for Defense Studies and a professor in the Hokkaidō University School of Law before assuming his current post in April 2021.
