Kawamura Keitarō

After earning his business degree from Keiō University in 2002, joined the clothing chain Shimamura. Worked in a Chiba Prefecture store for one year before becoming a store manager in Fukuoka Prefecture. In 2005, joined Opas, an amusement, food, and planning company, where he handled new personnel hiring. Is now a board member and planning director in charge of restaurant operations. Also president of Machi Ai Tokuyama, which he founded in 2010 with investment from the city of Shūnan, Yamaguchi Prefecture, the Tokuyama Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the local shopping district.
