Kubori Hiroaki

Born in Osaka Prefecture in 1970. Graduated from Kyoto University. After working in a variety of positions at the Osaka University of Foreign Studies, took up his present post as a professor at Osaka Metropolitan University. Researches early modern literature, especially the history of bunraku puppet theater. Coeditor of Kamigata bunka kōza: Yoshitsune senbon-zakura (A Course in Kamigata Culture: Yoshitsune and the Thousand Cherry Trees).
