Matsuda Yoshitaka

Freelance writer. Born in Saitama, Saitama Prefecture, in 1969. Graduated from Hokkaidō University with a degree in agricultural economics. Works include Yaeyama no Taiwanjin (Yaeyama’s Taiwanese People), Taiwan sokai (Taiwan Evacuation), and Yonaguni Taiwan ōraiki (Records of Travels Between Yonaguni and Taiwan). Won the 2014 New Okinawa Literature Award for Intāfon (Intercom).
