Matsuki Naoya

Writer, born in 1955. Graduated from Kuwasawa Design School. Completed his master’s degree at Miyagi University. Began working as an editor and writer at the magazine Popeye in 1979, writing stories about musicians and others connected to the industry. Started interviewing Murai Kunihiko in 1993, publishing Arufa no densetsu: Ongakuka Murai Kunihiko no jidai (Alfa Legend: The Murai Kunihiko Era) in 2016. Other works include Mikuni no kiseki (Mikuni Miracle), about the chef Mikuni Kiyomi, and Katō Kazuhiko: Rasuto messēji (Katō Kazuhiko: Last Message).
