Morieda Takashi

Photographer and writer; visiting professor, Taishō University. Born in Kumamoto Prefecture in 1955. Graduated from International Christian University. Has traveled worldwide to deepen his understanding of food culture, with an emphasis on Southeast Asia and Japan. Author ofKarē raisu to Nihonjin (The Japanese and Curry Rice) and other works.
