Nakamura Tetsu

Professor at the College of Tourism and Hospitality of Tamagawa University, where he specializes in tourism psychology and tourist behavior theory. Born 1972. After majoring in sociology at Rikkyō University, finished his doctoral studies in tourism at the same school in 2002. Lectured at Keiai University and Tamagawa University before assuming his present post in April 2017. Editorial committee member of the Japan Society for Tourism Studies and the Japanese Society of Tourism and Hospitality Education. Co-author of Wakamono no kaigai ryokō-banare o yomitoku (Decoding the Phenomenon of Fewer Young Japanese Traveling Abroad) and other works.
