Noguchi Noboru

Hokkaidō University Distinguished Professor. Born in 1961. Earned his PhD in agriculture from the same university in 1990 and went on to hold various posts before becoming a full-fledged professor in 2004. Member of the Science Council of Japan. Specializes in smart agriculture.
