Ogawa Masayuki

Agricultural scientist specializing in agricultural economics, with a focus on paddy rice farming policy. Assistant professor at both Utsunomiya University and the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. Visiting scholar at the Nippon Agricultural Research Institute and researcher at the Agricultural Policy Research Committee. His works include Gendai Nihon nōgyō ronkō (Ideas for Contemporary Japanese Agriculture) and Nihon no kome mondai (Rice Issues in Japan).
