Oguro Kazumasa

Associate professor of economics, Hōsei University. Completed the doctoral course in economics at Hitotsubashi University. Has been a senior researcher at the Ministry of Finance’s Policy Research Institute and an associate professor of economics at Hitotsubashi University. Author of numerous works, including Zaisei kiki no shinsō—zōzei, nenkin, akaji kokusai o tou (The Roots of Fiscal Crisis: Questioning Tax Increases, Pensions, and Deficit-Covering Bonds).
