Expert in the fields of artificial intelligence and deep learning. Born in 1976. President and CEO of UEI. As a student at the University of Electro-Communications was involved in developing the operating system for Microsoft’s next-generation game console. Joined Dwango in 1998 and served as vice president of Dwango North America until establishing UEI in 2003. Works include Yoku wakaru jinkōchinō (Understanding AI).
