Shiozawa Hideyuki

Born in Ibaraki Prefecture, 1972. Senior research fellow and program director at the Ocean Policy Research Institute, Sasakawa Peace Foundation. Before joining SPF, taught science and mathematics in the Marshall Islands as a local hired teacher and as part of the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers program. Served as a specialist researcher and as first secretary at the Embassy of Japan in Fiji for politics and economic cooperation from 2012 until joining SPF in November 2015.
