Suzuki Kantarō

Freelance journalist. Born in Tokyo in 1981. Worked for Tokyo Electric Power prior to attending Wittenburg University in the United States. Earned his master’s degree in journalism from Waseda University. Worked at the Tokyo bureau of the New York Times and the Japanese-language Manila Shimbun before setting out on his own. He is the author of Rupo: Nihon no dosō (Burial in Japan).
