Takayasu Yūichi

Professor at Daito Bunka University’s Faculty of Economics, Department of Socio-Economics. Specializes in South Korean and Asian economics. Born in 1966 in Hiroshima. Graduated from Hitotsubashi University. Earned his PhD in economics from Kyushu University. Posts include the Economic Planning Agency, the Embassy of Japan in South Korea, and the Cabinet Office.　Worked as associate professor at Tsukuba University’s Graduate School of Systems and Information Engineering. Assumed current post in 2013.
