Tanaka Katsumi

Journalist covering the tech industry. Executive director of research organization IT Business Forum. Prior to going freelance in 2010, was deputy chief editor of online publication Nikkei Computer, chief editor of Nikkei Watcher on IBM, and adjunct lecturer at Tokyo’s Senshū University from 2004 to 2009. Works include IT sangyō hōkai no kiki (IT Industry in Crisis), IT Sangyō saisei no shinro (Rebuilding the IT Industry), and Nippon no IT kigyō (Japanese IT Firms).
