Tanaka Noriko

President of the Society Concerned About Gambling Addiction. Born in Tokyo in 1964. Diagnosed with gambling addiction herself, she has also struggled with the effects of compulsive wagering by her grandfather, father, and husband. Since 2014 she has worked to raise public awareness and promote measures addressing gambling addiction. She is the author of Sandaime gyan-tsuma no monogatari (The Story of a Third-Generation Gambler’s Wife).
