Totsuka Kei

Born in Yokohama in 1968. Holds a degree in law from Hōsei University. After a stint editing a soccer magazine, went freelance in 1998, and now reports on soccer, rugby, and other sports, both in Japan and internationally, writes on management theory and organizational theory, and provides commentary for sports broadcasts. Author of many books including Nihon sakkā daihyō kantoku sōron (Introduction to the Managers of the Japanese National Soccer Team).
