Tsuruoka Michito

Professor at the Faculty of Policy Management, Keiō University. Specializes in international security and contemporary European politics. Born in Tokyo in 1975. Earned his undergraduate degree and master’s in law from Keiō University and his PhD from King’s College London. Assumed his present post after serving as an advisor for NATO at the Japanese Embassy in Belgium and as a senior fellow at the National Institute for Defense Studies in Japan’s Ministry of Defense.
