• Tsuyuguchi Yōsuke

    Senior advisory officer of Shinkin Central Bank. Graduated in 1980 from the University of Tokyo, where he majored in law, and joined the Bank of Japan. Worked as a secretary at the Japanese embassy in China while posted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Served as deputy chief representative of the BOJ Representative Office in Hong Kong and as chief representative of the BOJ Representative Office in Beijing. Assumed his present position in April 2011. His works include Chūgoku keizai no makuro bunseki (Macroeconomic Analysis of the Chinese Economy) and Higashi Ajia chiiki kyōryoku no kyōdō sekkei (Joint Design for Cooperation in the East Asian Region).
