Ann is a canine resident at the Akita Dog Station, located on the first floor of a multipurpose facility called Area Nakaichi in the city of Akita. She had been abandoned by her owner and put in custody at a public animal shelter, from which she was rescued by “One for Akita,” the group that operates this station. After receiving diligent training and lots of love from members of the group, she has become quite lively. She also has a good appetite; in this clip we see her enthusiastically retrieving a treat from under a sofa.
