Japan's March jobless rate falls to 2.6%

Japan's unemployment rate in March fell to 2.6 percent from 2.9 percent in the previous month, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications said Friday. The country's job availability ratio rose to 1.10 from 1.09 in February, meaning that there were 110 jobs openings for every 100 job seekers, according to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
