URGENT: Quad leaders agree to hold summit annually: Japan PM Suga

Japan, the United States, Australia and India agreed Friday to hold summit meetings every year, Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga said following the first-ever in-person meeting of the leaders of the "Quad" group. He also told reporters that the four countries agreed to advance cooperation in the areas of infrastructure development, space and clean energy.
