URGENT: Japan mulls release of oil reserves with other countries: Kishida

Japan is considering releasing oil from its reserves with other countries in response to rising crude oil prices, Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said Saturday. Kishida said it is on the condition that Japan works with the United States and other countries concerned. "We are considering what we can do," Kishida told reporters in the western Japan city of Matsuyama.
