A cargo ship was hit by a rocket off the coast of Ukraine in the Black Sea on Friday, causing a fire on board, Reuters reported, citing a local shipping agent. The cargo ship Namura Queen's registered owner is a company based in the western Japanese prefecture of Ehime, according to a website providing information on vessels.
