URGENT: Yen falls to 128 level vs. dollar in fresh 20-year low

The Japanese yen continued to fall against the U.S. dollar on Tuesday, tumbling to a fresh 20-year low at the 128 yen level. The yen has been weakening amid prospects of a widening interest rate difference between the United States and Japan. It was last in the 128 range in May 2002.
