URGENT: Yen falls to 136 level against dollar, lowest in 24 yrs

The yen fell to the 136 level against the U.S. dollar in London trading Tuesday, the lowest in 24 years. The yen has been weakening against the U.S. currency in anticipation of wider interest rate differentials between Japan and the United States.
