URGENT: Japan space agency sends self-destruct command to Epsilon rocket

A Japan space agency-conducted launch failed on Wednesday, with an Epsilon rocket ordered to self-destruct after takeoff. The rocket apparently experienced an issue that made it unable to fly normally, the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency said.
