Japan Govt Concerned about Hong Kong Situation: Suga
Tokyo, Sept. 2 (Jiji Press)--Japan's top government spokesman expressed deep concern Monday over an escalation of violence in Hong Kong.
"I'm deeply concerned that many people have been injured in intense clashes between protesters and police," Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga told a press conference.
Suga then called for an early settlement of the crisis in a peaceful manner.
