Japanese Justice Min. Kawai to Resign: Source
Tokyo, Oct. 31 (Jiji Press)--Japanese Justice Minister Katsuyuki Kawai has decided to resign, a government source said Thursday.
The development followed a magazine report that his wife, Anri, a House of Councillors lawmaker, is believed to have paid election campaign staff more daily allowances than allowed under law during her campaign in the Upper House election in July.
