Under the company's Haneda Airport Garden redevelopment project, Sumitomo Realty will build the 12-story building in a 43,000-square-meter area that used to be part of the airport.
The complex facility will host a hotel with 1,717 rooms, a hot spring bath facility, a bus terminal, an event hall and other facilities.
