Edmonton, Canada, Aug. 23 (Jiji Press)--Japanese golfer Miyu Yamashita won the CPKC Women's Open wire to wire in Edmonton, Canada, on Sunday, finishing at 23-under-par in total for her second victory in the LPGA Tour this season.

Yamashita secured her fourth career title in the LPGA Tour at the 70-par Royal Mayfair Golf Club. She won the Meijer LPGA Classic in Michigan in June.

"I like this course," Yamashita said after clinching victory. "I trusted my swing."

Her compatriot Yuri Yoshida finished with a 14-under-par for a career-best second-place finish.
