庫什納Barak KUSHNER

英國劍橋大學準教授。專攻近現代日本史。曾在東京大學、國立臺灣大學留學，2002年獲得普林斯頓大學博士學位（日本史）。著書有Men to Devils, Devils to Men: Japanese War Crimes and Chinese Justice (Harvard University Press, 2015)、Slurp! A Social and Culinary History of Ramen—Japan’s Favorite Noodle Soup（Global Oriental, 2012）
