Koike Atsuyoshi

President, Rapidus Corp. Born in 1952 in Chiba Prefecture. Received his master’s degree in materials science and engineering from Waseda University and his PhD in electronic engineering from Tōhoku University. Held several senior management positions at Hitachi Ltd. prior to his appointment as president of Trecenti Technologies in 2002. Served as president of SanDisk Ltd. and Western Digital Japan before assuming his current post in August 2022.
