Data scientist. Researcher at the R&D Center for Working Persons’ Psychological Support, University of Tsukuba. Previously worked at a manufacturer before moving to Recruit Co., where he helped develop and sell personality tests. Later, became a researcher and analyst at the Recruit Works Institute, focusing on the labor market, hiring, and other employment-related issues.
