Nakahara Ippo

Journalist and nonfiction writer. Born in Saga Prefecture in 1977. Writes mainly on society and politics for web and magazine publications. His passion lies in writing on cuisine and the master artisans creating it. Author of Saigo no shokunin: Ikenami Shōtarō ga aishita Kondō Fumio (The Last Artisan: Kondō Fumio, Beloved of Ikenami Shōtarō), Maguro no saikōhō (The Pinnacle of the World of Tuna), Kizushi no subete (All About the Restaurant Kizushi), and Yoseba no gurume (Fine Dining in Day Laborer Districts).
