Enami Kazumasa

Director of the Kenjirō Takayanagi Foundation. Born in Aichi in 1948. Earned his PhD in engineering from TITech, the Tokyo Institute of Technology (now the Institute of Science Tokyo). Has previously served as head of the NHK Science and Technology Research Laboratories, director at the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology, and auditor at TITech, among other posts. Named a fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers in 2007. Honors include the Institute of Image Information and Television Engineers’ Niwa Takayanagi Award and the Maejima Hisoka Award.
