Watanabe Yorizumi

Professor at Keiō University. Specialist in international politics and economics, as well as in WTO and GATT law. Born in 1953. Earned his PhD in international relations from Sophia University. Served at the GATT Secretariat, as an assistant professor of economics at Nanzan University, as a professor of comparative culture at Ōtsuma Woman’s University, and as a special assistant to the minister for foreign affairs before assuming his current position in 2005.
