Hashimuki Makoto

Born in Shizuoka Prefecture in 1977. A “new generation” photographer known for his spectacular photos of Mount Fuji, he began taking photos with a camera and with smartphone apps and uploading his work to social media on the spot in 2013. In 2016, one of his photos was selected for inclusion in the Tokyo Camera Club’s Top 10 of the year. Published works include Kandō no Fuji kei 100 sen (100 Amazing Shots of Fuji), Chōzetsu retatchi jutsu (The Art of Photo Retouching), and Kyanon EOS R kanzen gaido (The Complete Guide to Canon’s EOS R Model). His Shin Fujisan kei (New Views of Mount Fuji) calendar was released for the first time in 2020.
