Yuki Fumihiko

Administrative vice-minister for reconstruction. Born in 1960 in Shimane Prefecture. Joined the Ministry of Construction (today’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism) after graduating from the University of Tokyo. There he held posts including director-general of the Housing Bureau and director-general of the Policy Bureau; he also served as deputy mayor of Kyoto. In his present post since July 2020.
