Ema Ryan Yamazaki

Documentary filmmaker. Born in Kobe in 1989. Attended New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and started her career as an assistant editor for director Sam Pollard. Her feature documentaries include Monkey Business: The Adventures of Curious George’s Creators (2017) and Kōshien: Japan’s Field of Dreams (2019).
