Kim Yong-an

South Korean researcher of modern Japanese literature. Was a visiting professor at Shōwa Women’s University from 2014 to 2015 and has been a professor emeritus at Hanyang Women’s University since 2020. His Korean translation of Dazai Osamu’s No Longer Human was published in May 2026. Has also written papers on the novel and other topics. His research also covers works by Shimazaki Tōson, Tanizaki Jun’ichirō, Kawabata Yasunari, and Murakami Haruki.
