Matsushita Namiko

Professor at Suzuka University and senior fellow at the Tokyo Foundation. Earned a PhD in sociology from Hitotsubashi University. Has served as a member of several expert committees of the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare, including the Research Committee on Employment Measures for Foreign Workers and the Evaluation Committee for Regional Foreign Talent Integration and Retention Model Projects. Currently serves as a board member of the Japan Association for Migration Policy Studies.
